Every shipment handled by JFI EXPRESS JOE CARGO comes with a tracking reference. You can track your parcel in real time via our Track & Trace page on this website, or by contacting our customer service team directly by phone or email. We provide proactive updates at every key stage of your shipment.
The standard documents required for most international shipments include: a commercial invoice, a packing list, a bill of lading (sea) or airway bill (air), and a certificate of origin. Additional documents may be required depending on the destination country and type of goods — such as import permits, health certificates, or phytosanitary certificates. Our customs specialists will guide you through every requirement specific to your shipment.
Shipping costs depend on several factors: the transport mode (air, sea, or road), the weight and volume of your goods (chargeable weight), the origin and destination, and any additional services such as packaging, insurance, or customs clearance. We provide a detailed, transparent quote before every shipment — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Yes. Our door-to-door service covers the entire logistics chain — from collection at the supplier's premises in China or Dubai, through international freight and customs clearance, to final delivery at your address in Africa. It's our most complete service, designed to give you total peace of mind with a single point of contact throughout.
Cargo insurance is optional but strongly recommended for all shipments. It is not automatically included in the base freight rate. Our team can arrange comprehensive insurance coverage tailored to your cargo type and value, protecting you against loss, theft, or damage during transit. We strongly advise insurance especially for high-value or fragile goods.

This is a service many of our clients use — especially those who cannot travel to China themselves. Contact us for more details on how this works.
